Hi, I recently just dropped a ton of money into my first custom loop, I watched a video on how to build my loop using these specific products, Alphacool 13mm Eiszapfen hard tube/brass tube fittings, and the Alphacool 13mm brass tube in black chrome.
I noticed in the video, all the fittings came with a metal collar, it would go in this order of Cap, Metal collar, Plastic washer, O ring, tighten onto fitting on block.
My fittings only came with the cap, plastic washer, O ring, and fitting, no metal collar, in the video demonstrating the fittings, they were able to tug on the tube and shake a 60 pounds PC without the tube coming out, if I tug on mine the metal tube just gently slips out of the fitting like it wasnt even being held in place.
Why am I missing this metal collar with all the fittings I purchased???
