I am trying to replicate a build from YouTube form the channel Optimum. The build uses EKWB fittings and was wondering if AlphaCool has equivalent fittings and pump. I have sourced all the other parts of the build I am just missing the fittings and pump.

We have something similar to the CPU pump combination in your video with the Eisbaer LT Solo. But the pump is significantly weaker and not suitable for a setup like the one you are using.
For the connections, we have offset fittings that offer the same function with an L adapter as the more complex angled fittings you use from EK. We do not offer anything directly comparable.
Off the top of my head, I wouldn't know how to accommodate an alternative positioning of the pump unit in such a housing, there is not enough space for that. We are also not planning anything that would fit in there in the near future.
Sorry, but I don't see how I could realistically help you in this case.
