LED Diffusion gel/tape for Alphacool Core block?

I have an Alphacool Core waterblock that is working great in my loop.

It's mounted the traditional GPU way (not turned with a riser). So, the issue I have is that the LED lights in the water block tend to shine "raw" through the edge of the block.

I'd like to add a strip of material around the edges of the block to diffuse that light. Ideally, it would be some of that white rubber/silicone that is used on a lot of LED products. But, I haven't found it so far in a sheet or a tape.

Does anyone know of any product that would be good for this and look clean/professional?

Hey there!
If you want to diffuse the LED glow around your Alphacool Core waterblock, a flexible silicone LED diffuser channel (often used for neon-style lighting) is a solid choice. These are made from soft, food-grade silicone and come in milky-white or opal finishes that turn harsh point-light into smooth, even illumination—pretty much like turning those sharp rays into a clean “path” for the light. They’re available in various sizes and beam angles (like 120° or 180°) and often waterproof (IP67)
