Are there any (official or unofficial) tools to view the state or change settings of coolers like Alphacool Eisbaer under Linux?

Hi,

you can check the RPM of the pumps in your BIOS or any Software which can check the RPM like Asus AIsuite.
The sames goes for changes like PWM or Voltage. This can be done in your BIOS or Software, too.
