Looking to cancel an order

I made an order without an account tied to it and I've been wanting to cancel it. Without finding any cancel button anywhere, I've sent a message using the link attached to the order confirmation email shortly after I made the order. I'm still getting emails that the order is still going through and I've sent a second message and now I'm posting here.

Is there a way I can do this myself somewhere on your website? or do I have to keep contacting you?
