Powerful coolers for large processors on Intel Socket LGA 4677! With the new Enterprise Solution Jet and Stream CPU coolers, Alphacool presents progressive solutions for CPU cooling in server and workstation systems.

The Alphacool ES Jet CPU Cooler is equipped with a new complex 4-nozzle technology. For the first time, it distributes water evenly over the cooler base via four nozzles incorporated into the cooler. Thereby, all cores of the high-performance processor are optimally supplied and thus effectively and precisely cooled. The organic water flow ensures a disturbance-free water flow and thus increases the cooling performance. This method makes it possible to optimally dissipate waste heat of up to 800 watts. The nickel-plated cooler base is made of copper and is ideally suited for server and workstation systems with its extremely high thermal conductivity.

The ES Stream is a flow-through cooler that can effectively dissipate waste heat of up to 600 watts. During development, special attention was paid to flexibility. Due to the non-prescribed flow direction of the cooling water, the inlet and outlet of the connections can be exchanged as desired. This allows flexible tubing in the server rack.

The included thermal paste is Alphacool's Subzero with a thermal conductivity of 16 W/mK. Despite the large cooler base, the ES CPU coolers have a compact and flat design and therefore fit very well in any server or workstation system.

The Alphacool ES CPU coolers are compatible with Intel Socket E (LGA 4677) and optionally with AMD SP5 (LGA 6096).

The ES Jet LGA 4677 1U, ES Jet LGA 4677 2U and ES Stream LGA 4677 1U are now available for pre-order in the online store.

These two coolers won’t fit your Threadripper system. They’re designed for enterprise sockets, and those CPUs are about twice the size of a Threadripper.
For your socket, you’ll need an XPX Pro CPU cooler — it’s also available in an ES version.

What do you mean? Majority of sp5 coolers mount to threadripper, the hole spacing is right.too.. Sp5 is just differently wired but physically its the same socket
