O-Ring for Eisdecke v.4 D5 pump top

Hi
Im unfortunately due to the pump top not coming with an oring, now on my 2nd pump top and having another issue as Ive found the o-ring i used that came with Aquacomputers Ultitop is infact 2mm too small 55 vs 57mm. I am now in the process of creating a RMA with my local outlet here in the UK. But I wanted to check since Scan computers ordered 2 units in on the 13th of March. Would these new units be supplied with a o-ring now or am I going to have to get one separately.
Im afraid I am annoyed as this should have come with the pump top orginally or you should be supplying them to buy where I bought the pump top at Scan Computers UK

Thanks but I have to replace the pump top as a whole since the threading is loose on the screws and 2 of which are very delicate. Could you find out if the pump tops sent out this year have o-rings included as I could just use that anyway. Thanks

Not according to your support on your email. I got told i need to buy one and they normally come with the pump. This is incorrect. You need to sort this out as this opens you up to problems with bad quality control and support

You dont need to buy a new one this is our mistake and i will solve this out. Please write to info@alphacool.com that we will send you an O-Ring for free and you can tell them i did told you that. My information is that the O-Rings has to be included.
