O-ring for Eiszapfen 16mm

Hi. i sligtly damaged the inside o-ring in my 16mm Eiszapfen hard tube fitting. Are there any spare parts available or at least dimensions to look for alternative? I've tried to change the inside and outside o-rings. they fit but you have no chance to push the tube inside the fitting..

We have two different O-rings inside the fitting.

O-Ring 14,8 x 3,1mm (für HT 16mm Anschraubtülle)

O-Ring 15,2 x 2,4mm (für HT 16mm Anschraubtülle)

And that is the o-ring wich you have on the G1/4" thread

Thank you. Sorry, should say it from the very beginning - i mean the o-ring which is installed inside the fitting base. Not the one which you put on the tube. Assume it should be the bigger 15,2 x 2,4mm version?
