Old nexxxos CPU waterblock and AM5 adapter

I'm using an old nexxxos waterblock on an old Intel 6600K processor and I forgot the exact reference of this product.
I wanted to know if someone on this forum could tell me the exact name ?
And if there is a kit available to port it to an AM5 socket ?

Finally found something similar : Alphacool HF 14 Livingstone. So only the second question remains.

Sorry, but for this cooler we dont`t have and will not make an AM5 kit.
