Hi everyone!I bought directly from Alphacool on 14/06/2019 the Alphacool Eisbaer LT360 CPU - black.
All good and smooth till last week when the AiO seems to fail.Higher temps and occasionally shutdowns. So i unnistalled the AIO from the PC and cleaned it from dust and refill it in my opinion this being the fault.Install it back after this and my PC hitting 90* C in 2 or 3 mins.after start and shutdown. So i take back the AIO from the PC and looked again and discovered that the pump works when she wants.Starts and after a period shutdown and starts again and never starts and so on.And even if seems to work whithout interruptions dont cool the CPU.
So i wonder what can i do?
Can i get help,or repair the AIO?
Thanks.

Did you checked your bios? Maybe the settings may not be correct. The speed or the voltage for the pump should be set to max. If there is too little current, then you have exactly the typical behaviour you describe. Only my first idea.

Hm.. ok. Have you checked the contact pressure? Have you mounted the cooler and then removed it again to see how the print of the heat-conducting paste is? And can you make a pic of the system with installed AIO please?

Done it my friend many times after this failure.Apllied diferent thermal pastes.Same result.Boot after 1 min shutdown temp high.

So if the pump is running correctly and the contact pressure is right, then I can only see one source of error. Then it could be that something is blocking the cooling fins and therefore there is no flow. The cooling fins are ultra fine.
Wich liquid have you used to fill the AIO?

seringe <- sorry, no idea what this is or what you mean with this.

Anyway... you have two options and one thing you can try if you like.
1. Start an RMA in the shop where you bought the AIO.
2. Refill the loop. Maybe some dirt gets inside as you filled it. Trust me... very very small particels wich are hard to see could be a problem.

Thing you can try... open the cooler. You can dismount the bottom plate to see the cooling fins. Maybe here you can see if whether it is clogged

Syringe was i meant to say.Anyway if i dismount the bottom plate to see the cooling fins wont i lose the
warranty certificate?
And second you say to start an RMA in the shop where i bought the AIO but this is the shop.I bought the AIO from the Alphacool directly not a third party. The title of this thread is te order number.

Ok, when you bought it directly from us, please write an email to info@alphacool.com
Our support team will figure out the best solution for you. Easier... they can tell you better than me what to do because of the warrenty. I am marketing not support... so i am thinking a bit different ;-)
