Hi, I've ordered an Alphacool Eisbaer LT240 recently, payment was completed on the 14th of the February, and there were no any changes from that moment, order status is empty for now so can I get some info about it?

That's sad, when I created the order it was in stock, and unfortunately, LT240 is the only compatible 240 aio for my future case. I'll try to find it in stock in some other place, though it's not the easiest task in my country. What do I need to do to get a refund?
