Hi,
I purchased an Alphacool Eisbaer LT Solo CPU block and received an order number as per title, and since then I haven't heard about it due to going on a worktrip for 4 days now. The address in the order is my workplace so it can be complicated. Can anyone in the support team send me a tracking number so I can figure things out ?

You are welcome. No we had only probpems at the Polish customs. Had to wait arround a week to get it to Germany
