Hi!
Received my order a week ago, and began unpacking and attempting to install the components this weekend. I used the Eisball to connect to the LT240 system so that I could bleed all the air out before installing it (the LT240) into the PC chassis. The Eisball worked perfectly when I had it plugged into an external power source.
I wanted to pre-test the Eisbaer LT block pump using the external power as well, but when I flipped the switch I heard nothing, and I felt no vibration from it. I also saw no movement of the liquid inside the Eisball.
I thought that maybe the external power wasn't working properly, so I decided to plug the Eisbaer LT block pump onto the motherboard's CPU fan power and bootup. Again, I heard nothing from the pump and I felt no vibration. I also saw no movement of the liquid inside the Eisball.
Do you believe the Eisbaer LT block pump is defective? What else can I try? How would I RMA this back to you? Would I remove the pump by itself and send it back?
I've attached a photo of my test setup. Eisball on the top left. LT240 Radiator top middle. LT240 CPU block pump bottom middle. External power supply right side.
