Already received an email from Alphacool team, says " the payment for your order 30124318 has just been received ". That is right since I had send the required amount with bank transfer.
But also it says " Unfortunately, we must inform you that your payment is not complete and we therefore can not handed over your order to the shipping. ".
What should I do now? Please advice.
