Hi, my order ( 30125052 ) was apparently sent over to the carrier, but the tracking information I have does not seem to give me any results.. I type in the tracking # provided in the order screen on the DHL tracking site, and it shows that no package can be located. I checked my email and I seem to have a different tracking page, which shows a different status:
It's stuck there with no new updates.. Is this a normal delay or should I be concerned?
