Hi, the block is out of stock. ETA is the 11th of November (as far nothing comes between).

Well scrap that...apparently you don't reserve stuff for customers who already paid. When I made my order, everything except the block was available. In the meantime one pair of the tubing is not available either and I'm not willing to wait anymore for anything. I'm truly disappointed and sick of the way you handle your business.

Please cancel the complete order, I will additionally do so too on Paypal since for some reason I don't trust you on that either...
