How do I go about getting a refund as I am not happy regarding the extra 8 week weight time for something I was told would be posted on or around the 19th Febuary for a waterblock I paid for on the 18th January. I usually only use EK parts and I am a first time and last time customer as the customer service you provide is very poor and I only found out because I emailed your support? you find out how good a company is when you have issues and I am not very impressed.
