Order 30200185 - Alphacool Core RX 9070 XT Mercury with Backplate

Morning, I ordered back in May when preorders came out. Still waiting for it. The shop now says delivery in 4-5 days for a new order. When will my order get sent out please? I can imagine that you are swamped with orders for all the 9070s being the only company making blocks for them. When I got the 9070XT I didn‘t think there would be any blocks for it.

Your package is already on its way. I just don’t see a tracking number here — you might want to contact our support team again to get that.

Otherwise, please note that delivery to your country might take a bit longer, since it seems that customs offices everywhere are currently taking more time to process shipments. Delivery times of 1–2 weeks have unfortunately become quite normal for countries outside the EU because of this. Sometimes you get lucky and it’s faster, other times not so much and it takes longer.
