just wondering the status on my order i know you guys are swamped with all the 9070xt orders just have not had any communication on this from the time i ordered. is it still weeks away from getting shipped?

The cooler is currently out of stock. We’re expecting a shipment in 1–2 weeks, which will be enough to cover all existing orders. How long the shipping time will be after that, I can’t say, DHL is taking quite a while to deliver to your country these days. Customs in particular is extremely slow. Some packages end up sitting at customs in your country for 1–2 weeks, and it’s not uncommon for them to spend several days just at airport processing. It all used to be much faster.
