You’ve already received a response to your support email. The issue is not with the cooler, but with the HardTube fitting, which is currently out of stock. It won’t be available again until the middle of next month.
Hello Eddy, I didn't receive an support email and I think you have the wrong order number. I didn't order a HardTube fitting.
At the time of my order everything was in stock except the block for RTX 5080 Zotac (14733).
