I ordered 11569 from OutletPC in the U.S. The product arrived via UPS today. The product was sold new in box. I understand the item is EOL. My issue is that when opening the box, I discovered the back plate is damaged. Are there any options for me to resolve this outside of buying a new backplate? The part is now out of stock at OutletPC. I have attached images.

I am sorry to hear it. You can try to contact the reseller regarding an Discount/refund for it. Since the water block is EOL and we never sold the Backplate without cooler you can not purchase the Backplate alone.
