Yesterday I installed this block on my TUF 3080 12GB and I have a number of problems.
1. Contact on the GPU is not good because I reached almost 60 degrees on the core (68 deg. on the hotspot)
2. Contact on the memory is even worse because I've reached 96 deg. on 3dmark Port Royal after 30 min loop and after touching backplate i've burned my fingers.
My hypothesis is that pads on the memory are too thin and heat transfer is not effective. I'd like to know if changing pads to 1.5mm thick would cause things to get better because almost 100 deg. on the memory while watercooling is someting of a nightmare.

I've attached GPU-Z sensor log.
