I have a few of suggestions for ac:
1. When creating pictures of clear plastic products for the website, don't use a white background. It's very difficult to see any detail, a black or gradient background would almost certainly be better.
2. Sell replacement seals for all products (especially fittings), and make them easy to find. I've been trying to find replacement seals for my soft-tube fittings and haven't been able to so far. Half the problem is that the descriptions are very poor, (it's not clear precisely what the application is).
3. Make it much easier to find the product in need. The filters in the shop are really hit and miss, the descriptions talk about how great each product is, but don't explain what it is necessarily.
4. Provide instructions for all products. I purchased an RGB controller and there don't seem to be any instructions anywhere on how it's meant to work.
