Pump Alphacool Eisbaer 280 Dead

Hello, good afternoon, on August 31, 2018 I bought an Alphacool Eisbaer 280 refrigerator from Amazon and this week the pump has stopped working, the motor that moves the liquid does not work, it has been tested in another connector on the board even in another motherboard to know if it was not the power connector, but it has the same result, the pump motor is dead. The refrigeration is not even 2 years old and I wanted to know if it falls under the warranty of the product, since I have contacted Amazon Spain and they have told me to contact the manufacturer. I have the purchase invoice for the product. I am looking forward to your response. Thank you
