Question about fluid for water cooling

Hi all.

I'm buying details for my water loop (GPU waterblock and tubes all that is left to buy). I decided to use iceball as a reservoir. And now I have a question about fluid: in iceball's manual I have noticed recommendation to use only non-uv CKC Cape Kelvin Catcher or pure water of your production, but these fluids are hard to get in my country. Can I use, for example, EK-CryoFuel Clear (Concentrate) without any restriction for the warranty? Also, all other parts of the loop (radiators, tubes, etc.) are of your production.

You can use any clear liquid or clear colored liquid without any alcohol. You can also use destilled water with a bit glyzantin.
