Replacement Eiszeit 2000 chiller water pump

Hi, Sadly it seems the water pump on my Alphacool 2000 chiller has died ... The alarm goes off when starting and you can see no watervis circulating around the system.
Is it possible to buy a replacement water pump or to have a exact diagram layout to maybe source the component myself ... The chiller is at least 4 years old and I assume out of warranty but if I can repair rather than getting another cooling solution for my Threadripper 3

Regards

I can’t really help with that. Unfortunately, I can’t provide you with such information, and we don’t sell a replacement pump.
As long as nothing is leaking, you can also use an external pump. Many flow coolers or chillers don’t have an internal pump at all.

Hi, I fixed the water chiller :) ... I got a new water pump and fitted it although the tricky part was the markings on the original water pump were in chinese  but I could read 24 volts and 30 watts but it was not that simple ... Taking a close up high res picture of the pump and uploading to Google images helped immensely... I had to order from China via Ali Express although Evri the delivery company were a nightmare, it arrived 22 days after the original delivery date even though on at least 4 occasions I had emails saying I it would be delivered the next day lmfao. Anyway after a few snips and a bit of soldering voilà it's alive :giggle:

Can you tell me what the model you found so I can order for future. I thought that was pretty pathetic response from a large company. I just bought there unit and was researching replacement parts for future and saw this. They use Chinese laser coolers. I am surprised they wouldn’t sell you a replacement. I live in a right to repair state so my response would have been far worse.
