Replacement o-ring?

I've been trying to get a pert number from Alphacool for a replacement o-ring for my water block. They're just ignoring me, I haven't received a single reply.

I have an Eisblock Aurora for the 7900XTX, sku 13458. Can anyone help me find a replacement o-ring?

you will need following dimension for the o-Rings. Unfortunately we don´t offer them as spare parts. Therefore, you have to check if you can purchase them from a special vendor.
