Replacement RGB strip for Apex 1 block?

Out of nowhere, the RGB strip on my Apex am5 block stopped functioning. Is there any standalone RGB strip that alphacool sells that is compatible as a replacement? If there is not one, about how long does an RMA take to ship to NY USA?

Article 15357 is the same LED strip as the one used in the cooler. You only need to cut it to size at the end.
Between each LED, there is a copper-colored area with a thin white line in the middle. You can simply cut the LED strip there with scissors.
These LED strips are used in all of our products, by the way.
