Retrofit a GV-N208SGaming OC-8GC GPU with cooling block

I have a GPU I haven't used that I'd like to put a cooling block on, but given its age, I am not able to find a suplier that has one. What are my options for getting a rad cooling block on this perfectly fine older GPU?
