Rise Fan LED Issue

I bought a bunch of AlphaCool gear less than a year ago. One of the 140mm rise fans just started having an issue with the LEDs. Some of the LEDs on the fan do not have consistent color and flicker. What is the warranty on the fans? I already tried emailing @ info, but never received a response.
