Hello I order froM Titan Rig the following order

Alphacool Borosilicate Glass HardTube 11mm ID, 16mm OD with 90° Turn (20/40 cm), Clear SKU: 03-70-AC-0121-01-ON	2
Alphacool Borosilicate Glass HardTube 11mm ID, 16mm OD with 90° Turn (10/30 cm), Clear SKU: 03-70-AC-0120-01-ON	2
Alphacool Borosilicate Glass HardTube 11mm ID, 16mm OD, 60cm, Clear SKU: 03-70-AC-0119-01-ON	1

Two sets of the where not properly sized and bigger than 16mm and would not fitting fitting while all the rest did , Is it possible i can rma the incorrect kits

thank you very much , started a RMA with Titan Rig , quick question is it normal to have variance in size with this glass tubing

what I meant is , that 3 pieces where exactly 16mm od and then other with same model parts had a bigger than 16mm od so the fitting wouldnt work , so there must be a variance a difference in the manufacturing process for the parts.

No this should be not the case it has to be the same size. Are you using our connections? If yes which ones? Please contact Titan Rig regarding this issue. They will send you a replacement part.
