Hi,
I need some help with my pump, i bought this package last october for a new build. This week i started a new build with
new processor 5800x in a new case.
The problem i found is that Alphacool DC-LT 2 - 2600 is faulty and i think the connection cables are loose and when i
press on the pump squeezing the cable the pump starts working, if i don’t press on it my cpu overheated and shutdown the machine.
The cables seem to be broken and really poor quality.
The reservoir seem to be good but can’t be used without a pump and i’m kinda stuck with my build.
I can sent a video demonstrating that the cables seem to have bad contact in the pump..
How can i do an RMA for the pump and how fast is the process?
