RMA - Q/A

Hi all,

I was advised to RMA my GPU AIO, few questions as the web site is way too slow, and i get response for Info@alphacool, every 4-5 days...

1. Do i need to use the original package of the AIO or just a safe one?
2. There is two documents i need to include inside the box the RMA request and the invoice?
3. No free return as i don't see such instructions?
4. Should i send the package with ANY delivery serivce or i dosent matter....

5. When sending the package back - should i include the fans and the pads from the GPU ?

Sorry for the basic questions i have, but your site dont have Q/A section...( not all of us are smart and we dont deal with RMA every day...)

HI,

Please send products back to us as you have received them. this means, if you have purchase a AIO, you have to send radiator, pump, cooler, fittings and so on back to us. Ideally is to use the original package and a outer package to avoid any damage. As written on our website, the parcel has to survive a fall from 1,5m. further information and the needed documents can be found on our website.

For a reasons like this i posted this topic - I believe the company can do more to help out its customers as the process can be quite problematic..
