RN 30168245 - AN 1021888 RMA - No response since 22.01.2025

Dear Alphacool Support,

Article:
RN 30168245 - AN 1021888 RMA

I've sent a RMA Request on 18.12.2024 for this product and have already sent it for repairs. On the tracking number it states, that the product arrived at the destination.
On the 22.01.2025 I've asked about the status and I did not get any response whatsoever then "The ticket has been created" from the ticket system.

I think nearly one year is enough time to get a status update.... Could you please review it again.

That’s strange. I can’t really make sense of it from here right now. Please send an email to info@alphacool.com, just copy your text from the forum into it, and then send me your email address via PM that you used to contact us — just to be sure so I can confirm we received it. Then the colleagues will need to take another look to see what exactly might have gone wrong. I can’t tell you at the moment, sorry.
