I checked this page and in compare with other available water blocks for RTX 3090 FE I don't see there the space for NVLink bridge.. Does it support this or it's failed in design?

I dont get your point really. This block does support the NVLink bridge check the photos please. By the third photo you can see clearly the space which is left open for the bridge.

Yes, I saw, the problem is that when NVLink goes deeper (sits on the connector), the lower protruding part of the water block can prevent it. I just look at how the Bitspower has a waterblock and it comes with a notch at the waterblock, for Alphacool this notch is only on top, not including the waterblock. So I would like to ask you guys exactly are you sure this is supported?

According the 3D and CAD draws and the information we have from GPU manufacturers it supports the NVLink.
