good morning, I have already sent 3 emails to your Italian dealer aquatuning.it for a warranty problem on Alphacool Eiswand 360 CPU without receiving any answers. can you help me please?

What is exactly the problem with the Eiswand?

a pump became extremely noisy, I tried to empty and refill the circuit again but nothing has changed

This sounds pretty much like air in the system. Please send an email to info@alphacool.com . We can send you a video which shows how to remove the air out of the system.

Thanks for the advise, it was air but took me a lot to remove it, it never been this hard.

I know dude how painfull it is to get air out of any AIO
