As in taken care of you mean colluding with the seller. Trying to gaslight me into thinking nothing is wrong. Oh 70+C is totally normal (worse then stock air cooler), your not undervolting (i'm running 0.975v instead of 1.050 fact), It's your rad it is to small (My water temps are totally fine at around 30C). What kind of support is this?

70°C Hotspot are normal for such a overclocked CPU. Yeah, you are running the GPU with lower Voltage but you have rose the clock. Due the information in the screenshot, which you have provided, we can´t find any problem with the water block. If you are not happy with the water block, you can contact your reseller regarding a return. Please note that their conditions and requirements are crucial.

I have already fixed the issue myself by buying other thermal pads, now hotspot stay below 60 and have normal delta.
It just had to be said that dealing with your customer service has not been a good experience.
I was send a B stock rad when i ordered new and got offered a 20% refund by the seller, i told them they could just send me some soft thermal pads to try and it would be fine. That was 2 days after i received my order, now we are a month later.
This got ignored and they started sending me to alphacool where i got no help.
Still waiting for that refund till this day btw.
And i did not rose the clock these are standard what this card run at, i said it was a small undervolt. Card now pull max 400w instead of close to 500w. I did this because there was obviously something wrong with the mount to protect the card and should not be necessary.
