Trouble shooting Eisenbear Aurora 420

I purch.ased a 420 a while ago. Not knowing much I installed it properly but have not been able to get the pump working. On a Aorus Pro Wifi MB. I recently upgraded my GPU and heat is now becoming an issue.

I have the pump power on the CPU_OPT header, I have the bios set to full speed. BiOs are up to date. I've changed the header location to Sys _5_pump. As well with the same result. The MB bios reads 0 fan speed and the pump is not spinning. Not being very good at all this if there is a step I'm skipping or don't know about any help would be awesome.

If your mainboard does not display or read any speed with both connections, then I think that the pump has a defect.
If you connect a fan, it works, doesn't it?
This would rule out a defect on the mainboard.
Then you can contact the support ( info@alphacool.com ), link the thread in the e-mail as well.
