The only information I see in my order status is:

I bought this item only because it was clearly stated that it would be available in 7-8 days. However, I have not received any email or update since placing the order, and on your website the item now shows “Delivery date exceeded”.

I want — and expect — to know exactly how much longer I have to wait.

The delivery wasn’t sufficient to cover all pre-orders. Since there were other customers who ordered before you, they were served first. The next delivery also won’t be enough for you to get a cooler. I wouldn’t expect to receive one before the end of June—you’ll have to wait at least that long. Unfortunately, demand is extremely high.

Not sure what WB you ordered, but I ordered my zotac 5080 solid oc WB on March 22nd, and the latest update from support two weeks ago was that they 'have no idea when they'll ship it out'.

I placed my order for the RTX 5090 reference water block on May 13th. It’s now mid-June and there’s still no sign of it. These delays are utterly unacceptable and downright embarrassing.

For a company like Alphacool, with global visibility and international distribution, this whole situation is ridiculous. It honestly feels like they’re pretending to be a much bigger and more capable operation than they actually are.

I’m starting to get the impression there’s one single CNC machine in some backroom, and one poor guy running it day and night just to keep up. That’s how amateur this whole thing is coming across.

I seriously can’t wrap my head around how long this is taking. It’s not just frustrating — it’s insulting.
