USA Shipping and Tariffs???

Have you had any experience in shipping items to USA or do you know what the process or tariff rate is? Will my order come from the EU or China? I am looking to order the Core RX 9070 XT TUF + Prime with backplate Item #14779.

We ship exclusively from Germany. DHL currently handles customs clearance much better and at a significantly lower cost than UPS — why that is, we honestly don’t know.

In general, customs duties are determined by the destination country and are completely outside of our control. Anyone ordering from outside the EU should always expect to pay import duties, regardless of the country the shipment is coming from.

Thank you I understand. Just looking for some use cases that people have had from experience as well to see how things are going.

It's been 3 almost 4 days since my order with no confirmation besides yes we took your money. No tracking number etc, so I have no idea what kind of time line im looking at. I purchased the premium expedited dhl shipping.

How long after you ordered did you receive it? I live in indiana about hour ish from Cincinnati

The water block I want has a wait time of 11 weeks, do you charge immediately on order or when it ships?
