Waterblock on 5090 GPU in a standing orientation

Hi,

I'm looking to install a custom loop in my Cougar Omnyx case since it has a lot of room for it. However my MSI Vanguard 5090 GPU is mounted standing up (so DP/HDMI connections are on the bottom) in this setup. Can this be an issue if I install a waterblock on my GPU?
