what do i use as coolant?

i want to add another radiator to my rig. I have an all in one with the quick couplings. What should i use as as coolant to top the system up with?

CKC (Celvin Catcher) or destilled water with a bit glycol (1 Glycol : 10 destillesd water).

So I am OK to put in water and glycol with my existing AIO cooler?

Destilled water. Please do not use normal tap water. But yes.
