where is my order?

I placed my order on feb. 6. and I paid the advance payment on feb.7. and my order has not progressed anywhere. So is there a problem with my order?

Can`t tell you sorry, i am not a support guy. They need a bit longer in the moment to response because we have a lot of requests in the moment. I'll have to ask you for a little patience, sorry.
