Wrong article sent to me

Hi, I purchased a B-Stock Alphacool Eiswolf 2 AIO - 360mm RTX 4090 Reference Design with Backplate on 31th July from Aquatuning, BUT they sent me a different version: Alphacool Eiswolf 2 AIO - 360mm RTX 4090 Founders Edition with Backplate.

I opened a RMA with them and they said that I must send the whole box to Germany from Spain within 30 days. My question is: Do I have to pay the shipping costs? Will I then be reimbursed for that amount? I say this because it would not seem very fair to me to have to pay for a mistake that is not mine.

That is something you have to discuss with Aquatuning. We cannot tell you how such things are traded at Aquatuning. After all, it's not our shop.

We belong to the same owners, that's right. But both companies work independently of each other. Therefore, we cannot say anything about the processes at Aquatuning or interfere with them.
