HI,

if you have wrote us a mail, we will answer your mail asap. It seems like that you receive a EIsbaer where instead of the Lux Pro fans, the better Rise Aurora are included. If you want to get the other fans, you have to wait till we answer on your mail.

Hello i get the answer from support team anyway the main problem was that i get additional order of 3 fans Eiszyklon Aurora LUX PRO to cover both CPU and GPU cooling, becouse i decide to change Lian-Li that i use currently ,they are already obosolete.

But at the moment my main concern is that i desire to to get in touch with higher ranking officer due the attitude of Support team becouse i dont apriciate attitude of Tim Lambrecht.

Without having read your support mail, since I'm not from support, you want the Lux Pro fans instead of the Rise fans because you bought more Lux Pro fans so that everything looks nice and uniform.
Correct so far?

I'll write you a PN here in the forum with my address, to which you can send the mail history. I'll sort it out.

If possible, forward the entire mail history to the mail address I just sent you via PN. This will make it much easier for me to follow the whole thing.

Looks sick (y)
Case hand made, own project,
your complete Water Colling suits better from my point of view, custom loop need more work around and more cleaning from my opinion, I'm making builds that need only dust cleaning

If you only set up the system with hoses, it's actually hardly any more work than what you've done here. If you start with HardTubes, yes, then the whole thing becomes much more complicated.
If I take your system as an example, the only thing missing is a reservoir with a pump. That would have to be attached somewhere. The tubing and filling would then only take a few minutes. Even as a beginner, you shouldn't need more than 30 minutes, as long as you don't panic and do every step 5 times  ;)

Hey Eddy, sorry to bother you again, yesterday in afternoon i realize again precipitation on WTB on GPU, CPU block this time is clean, since is second time already with same issue i want to consult with you what i can do to don’t degrade it as las time that it was completely white with calcar visible inside, from my opinion is not good that from July 5 till now i experience this, all my temps inside the pc never go more than 60 degrees and GPU hotspot last time when i was making a stress test in Aida64 were around 78-79 degrees, i will make a photo to show it on day light since at the night photo don’t reflect the reality,

sorry to come with complain second time, i hope I’m not creating any problem by posting it here,

regards

The forum is there so that you can ask questions.

Pictures would help a lot. I can't make much sense of your description of the "lime" at first. I would have to see what you mean by that. I assume you mean small deposits?
Picture... please just take a picture ;)

Hi,
thanks for the pictures. These are slight deposits of the additives in the fluid. This is nothing to worry about. They should disappear by themselves over time. But it may take a few weeks.

We actually only use two different liquids in the products. One is a clear liquid for end customers and the other is a blue liquid for enterprise customers that offers less cooling performance but fulfills other requirements of enterprise customers that are irrelevant for end customers.
The only problem is that the liquid can tip over. We could also use an absolute chemical bomb like in the AIOs of many other manufacturers, but we try to avoid that. Unfortunately, there is then a risk that the water can tip over or react with solder residue from the radiator, for example. It's a double-edged sword where we tend to concentrate on using fewer chemicals.

Thx for info, since is still in waranty dont want to make any experiments with it, anyway if needed i will buy additional clear colant from you and replace it in half year/ one year, do you think that if i put custom hoses or acrilic tubes i will have more water flow in system and temperature will be transfered faster ?

HI,

the tubes doesn´t influence the water flow or cooling capacity. The only thing, which influence the water flow is the pump.
