Hello I bought the Alpha Cool water block for the AMD 5700 XT Pulse, and the instruction manual says it comes with 1mm thermal pads, but the ones it came with are 4mm thick.
The length and width dimensions appear to be correct, but it also has one big square for the GPU die, while the instructions say the GPU die must have thermal paste. What is going on here? This was causing me a lot of confusion.
This appears to be the second order with wrong items inside the packaging.
The product name is "Alphacool Eisblock Aurora Acryl GPX-A Radeon 5600/5700 XT Pulse / Mech & Evoke". The thermal pads it came with are 4mm thick?! I cant install the product. I am in America, and the shipping is very expensive and takes too long, so please stop making these basic mistakes. Second time it happens to me.
