missing washer

hey
ive got a 7900xtx with a alphacool core block.
as ive bougt the card/cooler used, the EVA-washers from the core cooler are missing.
are they relevant or can i mount the cooler without the washers?

thx. i'll try to get the invoice from the former owner. and do as you suggested. but are these washers important?

Yes, the washers are important. They prevent the screws from making contact with the mainboard.

Which dimensions are these washers? Bought a used kit and the washers are missing, too.
Support says: there is no additional spare parts kit.

they are some kine of foam-washers.
maybe 1mm- 1.5mm in thickness.
but the probably dont add that mich to the screwdept or the pressure in the die, because they are really soft.

I asked the german support for a kit of spare parts. They told me, such kits aren't existing. Maybe because the cooler was used?

if you have asked for a full kit of the screws, thermal pads and so one, they are not existing and you have to purchase such parts separately. But if you have asked only for the washers, you would receive them without any problems.

In general I asked for a kind of kit. Ok, but I also missed a separate email about the washers. Seems like I will get washers in exchange for my address.

I have twice emailed on this address, provided proof of purchase, no reply. First email 22/11/2024, second email 05/12/24. Email has been delivered as I had no failure report by Delivery Status Notification.

I have XFX Merc RX 7900 XTX with Alphacool Eisblock Aurora Acryl RX 7900XTX Merc 310 with Backplate. I need the washers to refit block as having issue of temperature, as highlighted in this thread by other owners.

EKWB may have bad rep currently, but in the past when contacted customer service via ticket system, response was fast. Alphacool has been non existent on customer support.

Hi, I received 1 set of EVA washers, when I did request 3. As users of the block are having to do remounts due to issue with block on Merc. Any chance of extra sets of washers? thanks
