Wie auf den Bild zu sehen hat der Ryzen 2 DIE einer sitzt links mittig und einer rechts oben. Bei früheren CPUs lagen die DIEs mittig. Da der eine DIE jedoch nach rechts oben gewandert ist, sitzen die Kühlfinnen des CPU-Kühlers nicht mehr genau auf dem DIE, was die Wärmeübertragung verschlechtert.

Sie müssen, statt die Eisbaer mit dem Sichtfenster nach oben, diese so montieren, dass das Sichtfenster nach rechts oder links zeigt. 180° würde bedeuten, dass das Sichtfenster nach unten zeigt.

HI, leider sitzt die DIE der Ryzen 3000 Serie rechts oben und nicht mehr mittig, was die Wärmeaufnahme etwas verschlechtert. ( siehe beiliegendes Bild) Es kann helfen, wenn Sie die Eisbaer um 90° drehen oder rechts oben einen etwas stärkeren Anpressdruck haben.
