Have you used new pads and paste or just the old ones? How are the prints of the pads and paste? Maybe wrong pads are placed to wrong components? This is really strange as the block was running fine before. Something must be wrong installed. I dont have any other explanation really.
We had a compability list but we have removed it from the shop. We do not have the possibilty to check the cases as there are to many different models on the market. The customer statements (for us) are unreliable on this issue.
Well i think it could work as this block has got much bigger cooling surface then the other blocks. I do not know how it would perform with a 3700X but there is a very good review of Igor with the 2990 WX...

I am sorry to hear that. As far we know Asus 2080 Turbo is a non reference graphics card but the blcok that you have pruchased is for the reference design. . It sounds that the block has somewhere contact with the card.We had in the past smilar problems with diferent manufacturers...
As far we know you can not control with iCUE the aRGB strait you need a controller for it. If you read the article description there is no information about this issue.
Also commander pro nothing in the article description but under the technical description it says that you can connect 5V RGB...

Dont do this you will probably damage or break the card while tightening the screws.
You can remove or leave them it is up to you or replace it with the new ones.

Hi, what is the PCB number of the graphics card? You can find it on the original packaging or on the front/back side of the card. The number starts with 90YVXXXX-XXXXXX
