Yes you would need (if the block does not fit) new pads and thermal paste. (but if it fits you dont need to buy all the stuff new we will send you the needed pads and paste with the block)

I dont know to be honest we have only installed our radiators on it and i dont want to recommend you something wrong really. If i check the dimension from the radiator and our case i dont think but i might be wrong.

Hmm :unsure: I would recommend to add at least another 240 mm radiator to the system (or 360 mm it is up to you). Pump is strong enough to run the loop.

Usualy we recommend to use the normal 11/8 mm fittings but most common is the 13/10 mm ones.

Hey, we do not have standart spacing mate sorry. Block mounting is based on 70,5 mm spacing.

Hey, the quick coupling alone will not fit but the extension kits have G1/4 screw threads like the three on the reservoir. You can use it no problem :)
